Shift: First (Monday - Friday from 8:00am to 5:00pm)

Pay Rate: $Depends on Experience$ / hr

What you'll do for Customer Service / Order Entry:

  • Heavy customer interaction with clients via phone and/or emails regarding product price, availability of items, parts look up for all client units.
  • Completes all paperwork associated with customer orders in a timely manner.
  • Stays in constant communication with customer regarding their completed or open order status.
  • Responsible for pulling small parts and processing in person transactions.
  • Scanning and data entry of orders into system.


Work Experience

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

The candidate must demonstrate the ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment. Must have proven project management/organizational skills with impeccable attention to details. Must have a professional, engaging and positive demeanor/presence.


  • High school diploma/GED required.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service role in HVAC manufacturing, or other manufacturing environment is required.
  • Bilingual skills highly desired.
  • Intermediate to advance proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
  • Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Must be reliable, dependable with a "can do" attitude.
  • Must possess a strong attention to detail.
  • Must be able to communicate with different levels of the organization in a professional manner at all times.
