Marketing Manager IV

Looking for an Enterprise Field Marketing Manager for the world’s leading internet services’ company, to drive awareness, new business acquisition and customer acceleration via demand gen marketing and event planning/execution for programs and events targeted to CxOs and IT decision makers. 
As a passionate and results-driven individual with experience in a software or other high-tech cloud B2B organization, you will build regional marketing plans aligned to GTMs and sales priorities. This role will actively work with the direct sales teams on scalable Enterprise marketing programs to build a large, loyal and engaged customer base.

Job responsibilities:
Develop America’s Central regional marketing strategy and programs, working closely with Marketing and Sales teamsStrategize, execute, rollout and optimize new customer acquisition and demand gen programs aligned to horizontal and vertical solutions including events, outbound campaigns, and account based marketing programsDeliver programs within outlined budget and analyze the effectiveness of marketing programs to determine ROIWork closely with Sales teams to drive opportunities and business growth in enterprise accountsDevelop impactful communications to internal and external stakeholdersWork collaboratively with the global and industry teams to scale programsDevelop and project manage events and campaignsWork with agencies to develop and execute customer programs and eventsEnsure flawless execution of programs and events including project management and audience acquisition Manage post event activities including processing the list of attendees, writing lead follow up collateral for sales and inspecting lead follow up to drive pipeline Skill/Experience/EducationMandatoryBachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience; 5 years of relevant B2B and/or field marketing experience; Experience working in the cloud IT market.

Experience planning and executing multiple, complex marketing programs - managing agencies, vendors and large projects. Experience in enterprise account based marketing and developing and executing marketing plans for large, complex accounts. Familiarity with CRM systems ( or similar) and Marketing Automation tools (Marketo or similar) and tracking tools to assess campaign effectiveness. Excellent problem-solving, strategic and analytical capabilities with the ability to work towards strategic goals. Effective communication skills in both business and technical situations.
