Call Center Representative (Full-Time)

Cato is seeking a Call Center Representative available to work full-time hours.

Job Requirements:

Under the direct supervision of the Call Center & eCommerce Manager, this position is responsible for servicing all aspects of the Cato Credit Card and eCommerce orders while demonstrating a high degree of customer service.  Representatives respond to consumer and store inquiries regarding the Cato Credit Card accounts and Online orders performing specific duties as requested.  Representatives are trained to understand and adhere to all Cedar Hill National Bank (CHNB) policies and procedures and all regulations concerning Cato Credit Card accounts.

Qualified candidates should have previous telephone and retail experience.

Current hours of operation are: Sunday (12pm-7pm) and Monday-Saturday (8am-9pm).  Daytime and evening shifts available.  Weekends and some holidays required.
