Service Contract Analyst

This position will place you right in the middle of the action at Sentinel Technologies, a fast growing multi-faceted technology solution provider! You will work with a variety of our internal teams (sales, legal, accounting, administration, etc. which can be located throughout our 10 offices nationwide) while interfacing with industry giants such as Microsoft, Cisco and Dell. As a Service Contract Analyst you will be entrusted to compile and organize multiple contracts that enable our customers to purchase technology products and services from Sentinel. Over time you will develop familiarity with these contracts that are a key to fulfilling business, especially with public sector and government customers. You will become a subject matter expert/”go to” source familiar with contracts.



Job Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, or Accounting
  • 2-4 years of experience in contract management with experience in IT preferred
  • Must have strong attention to detail
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Experienced usage of MS Office skills
  • Be responsible for the tracking of all existing contracts with vendors relating to: amounts purchased, compliance and/or reporting requirements.
  • Have ownership to capture, organize and maintenance of government contracts at the federal, state and local levels including bid/proposal support and cradle to grave contract support.
  • Responsible to understand the contract and ensure compliance and government requirements are being maintained.
  • Responsible to update and input the contract item requests, revisions, additions, contract product changes, distribution attributes and ensure all appropriate signatures are obtained.
  • Participates in and oversees the audit between item master and procurement contracts with support from other individuals. .
  • A valid driver’s license and proof of vehicle insurance will be required
  • Legally authorized to work in the US without sponsorship
  • Must demonstrate a “can-do” attitude
