Responsibilities • Design and develop Office 365 applications and solutions (Power Automate (Flow), Power Apps, Power BI, Dynamics 365, SharePoint Online).

• Analyze the business requirements by collaborating with the stakeholders and IT Management, studying systems flow, data usage, and work processes.

• Perform software design using software development fundamentals and processes, debug, test, and deploy software solutions.

• Design, develop and maintain key components of the software suite using Office 365 APIs.

• Implement custom solutions that leverage various Office 365 services.

• Document and demonstrate solutions by developing documentation, flowcharts, layouts, diagrams, etc.

• Assume additional responsibilities as assigned/required.

Job Requirements:
  • Support ongoing maintenance of reporting and data solutions
  • Oversee development and maintenance of the department's data repository and ensure successful data gathering and validating the accuracy of the data prior to publication of reports
  • Used as underlying reporting tables
  • Resolve issues and defects in a timely manner/li
  • Develop dimensional data models to support on going and new reporting initiatives
  • Assist in developing capacity planning model for the Microstrategy environment
  • Provide direction and support to other developers, provide BI platform training to users and participate in User Acceptance Testing sessions, rapid proof-of-concepts solutions
  • Develop and maintain business intelligence reports and visualizations predominantly using the MicroStrategy business intelligence toolset
  • Work with various teams to develop, implement, and maintain best practice standards with Microstrategy implementation
  • Driving the definition of improvements based on business need and architectural improvements
  • Develop and maintain technical specifications
  • Lead BI application development efforts
  • Create and assign Security Roles, Microstrategy User Groups and Users
  • Reporting application/project delivery and production support for a suite of MicroStrategy BI/Analytics applications
  • Identify needs and set priorities and ensure delivery
  • Lead project delivery and production support for a suite of MicroStrategy BI/Analytics applications
  • Develop, Test and Implement MicroStrategy Reports and Reports Objects
  • Provide recommendations for building process efficiencies
  • Help build and maintain complex, integrated, BI solutions for client facing product offerings
  • Develop all MicroStrategy related ETL processes and procedures for all development work
