CSR - Immediate Hire - Customer Service - Full time

The role is to provide outstanding customer sales and service on a face to face basis to our customers and clients alike.

You will promote our client's products & services, deal with any inquiries from existing customers relating to their accounts, order products, and services where applicable, renew subscriptions, and open new accounts where necessary.


Responsibilities:

  • Handle questions and product inquiries from customers

  • Recommend appropriate products/services/plans based on the customer's needs

  • Handle product returns, complaints, and other customer requests

  • Ensure accurate data capture of all information from customer/client



Job Requirements:

You will be providing pleasant and professional face-to-face follow-up services to customers in accordance with sales and service. It is imperative that all targets and goals set are not only met but exceeded on a daily basis. KPI’s are essential to every business to ensure productivity is at the highest standards. Key KPI’s to be met for the role include:

  • Sales

  • Quality

  • Productivity

  • Time management
