eCommerce Process Improvement Manager

Summary: The eCommerce Process Improvement Manager (internally a Senior Project Manager in our eCommerce group) will be responsible for collaborating across our B2B Sales and Operations teams to define and execute projects that improve productivity, quality, operational effectiveness, and the end-user experience in our B2B eCommerce platforms.

To perform this job successfully, the individual must be able to complete the following essential duties and responsibilities:

• Learn about MSI’s marketplace accounts, brand programs, and product offerings.

• Become familiar with our existing customer service functions and sales operations, fulfilment processes, systems, and analytical tools.

• Capture and document current processes and workflows.

• Define, document and develop future end to end processes and workflows.

• Conduct gap analysis to identify, define, document and implement solutions to improve business outcomes and deliver customer-centric solutions.

• Identify and prioritize improvements to achieve operational efficiencies.

• Partner across the team to support the definition of new processes, policies and procedures.

• Collaborate across team to roll-out new processes, procedures and support adoption.

• Deliver continuous improvements.

• Define standard metrics to establish baselines and measure outcomes.

• Perform additional duties as required and or requested.

Job Requirements:

Additionally the candidate must meet the following Education and/or Experience requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree required 

• Previous eCommerce experience 

• Must have experience managing a team of people

• Must have experience managing projects where the candidate was the primary executor of work

• Takes full responsibility for all the internal issues of the operations, fulfillment and IT integrations

• Meets KPIs and have report meetings with management to give an update on the department's status

• Is able to identify weak points of the department, troubleshoot, design and implement solutions

• Highly analytical

• A dedicated and proactive problem-solver

• Excellent communication skills; both verbal and written

• Highly organized with strong attention to detail

• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
