We are looking for a Financial Operations Client Support Specialist to fill an opening immediately in Longwood, FL. The qualified Financial Operations Client Support Specialist will have a two-year degree or at least one year of experience in a client-facing role. NuView IRA will also require that a candidate has the talent for resolving client issues or questions and clerical/data entry experience. We ask that candidates have passion, integrity, the urge to serve others, and being accountable. A qualified candidate will be able to perform the following tasks of data entry, client account updates, submission of transfer requests, document scanning, provide the highest level of customer service to the clients, and opening/distribution of client correspondence. The pay for this role is between $16 to $18 per hour.

POSITION BACKGROUND

The Financial Operations Client Support Specialist role is the first point of contact for our clients. Through phone-based interactions, you will gather information through effective probing and listening skills to provide clients with the proper information or escalating call to an appropriate team member. You will engage in a dialogue to identify ways to reduce client effort and improve the overall client experience while actively listening to client cues. In addition, you will open and distribute mail to the appropriate teams as well as ensure documents are scanned and filed appropriately.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Basic document review
  • Data entry
  • Client account updates
  • Account opening
  • Submission of transfer request to previous IRA custodian
  • Communicate with the client about paperwork deficiencies
  • Document scanning
  • Opening and distributing incoming mail and emails to appropriate departments.
  • Provide support as needed to other NuView employees
  • Provide the highest level of customer service to clients

HOURS

This position is a full-time position Monday – Thursday 8:30 to 5:30 and Friday 8:30 to 5:00

. Requirements:
  • 2-year college degree or minimum of one year prior client service experience required
  • Proven experience utilizing strong troubleshooting techniques, ideally in a Call Center environment
  • Passion for service, positive attitude, enthusiasm, professionalism, and strong client focus
  • Computer literate in Microsoft Office including Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Must be able to communicate in a concise, clear manner
  • Must have clerical and data entry experience
  • Extremely detail-orientated and organized
  • Passionate about providing excellent customer service
