Develops and maintains creative ideas, trends, strategies, programs and training modules for Sales Teams to drive and maximize Breakthru Beverage Group's position in Top Accounts/Marketplace. Educates and trains key customers or suppliers on boutique wine and spirits portfolio.

Responsibilities
    Functions as the expert and serves as a resource for the division or group in developing comprehensive beverage strategy and plans for innovative growth. Researches trends, category and portfolio to ensure that the group or division and company meet goals as established.
  • Assists sales team in driving priority brands thru visibility, education, and advocacy. Develops and delivers training modules to the sales team, customer, and supplier regarding sales trends.
  • Maintains relationships with influencers and presents new products and cocktail, wine and beer listings or menus. Produces wine and cocktail lists, placement and reset recommendations, and promotions.
  • Executes against the segment, division or group strategy to ensure that brands and programs are being targeted for success.
  • Supports targeted events and attends others to ensure that assigned portfolio is featured in new and unique ways.
Qualifications
  • BA/BS preferred
  • 2-3 years Sales or Beverage Specialist experience
  • 1-2 years managing a Beverage Program or Bartending/Mixology
  • Basic Budget, Sales and Marketing experience
  • Excellent MS Office skills
  • A sound understanding of wine/spirits/beer or all is required
