The Training Support Coordinator is responsible for optimizing and supporting processes for operationalizing the IT Applications Training Program. This includes architecture of the learning management system for IT Applications and overall administration of training program logistics. This role involves coordinating all aspects of the LMS for IT including authoring, building and monitoring courses and classes. Responsible for the development and maintaining of IT LMS course edits, exams, classes, and registration, eLearning's and reports. In addition, runs report, trouble shoots end user issues and escalates identified training issues to the Training Administrator and Project Director. Responsible for creating and managing various training schedules, documents and policies needed for the IT training program to effectively meet the needs of a diverse and dynamic enterprise user community. Sets objectives to align with broader organizational goals. Focuses efforts on continuous improvement, identifying and seizing opportunities for synergy and integration. Acts as a liaison between the Training Manager, Principal Trainers, Clinical Informaticists, and hospital affiliated leadership at all levels. Supplies administrative support to the Applications training team. Effectively interacts with user department personnel to identify and address customer support needs and identifies opportunities for improvement. Maintains frequent interactions with a broad stakeholder network. Maintains a positive attitude and forward -thinking approach to navigate challenging situations, cultivating an exceedingly positive and engaging learning experience and work environment. Responsible for establishing credibility at all levels and building partnerships with customers and colleagues.
Education Requirements
  • 4 year Bachelor's Degree or combination of relevant education & experience may be considered in lieu of Bachelor's Degree
