Ad Ops Specialist

Where in the Tremorverse will I be working? 
You will take on the role of an Ad Ops Specialist on our Ad Ops team. 

We are looking for a tech savvy individual who is passionate about video and who thrives in a fast-paced, digital advertising environment.  The Ad Ops Specialist will be responsible for the set-up, testing and monitoring of Desktop, Mobile and Connected TV campaigns utilizing Tremor Video's proprietary platform.  Partnering closely with Customer Success, Programmatic Traders, Product, Creative and Engineering, the ideal candidate will strive to build relationships across teams, ensuring campaign set-up is correct and utilizing problem solving skills to understand how we can continue to execute campaigns that exceed client expectations.

Currently our teams are working remotely, however once it is safe to do so this role will be based in the New York office. For some of the week.

What will I be doing?

  • Coordinate campaign launch and setup with Client Success team and Programmatic Traders
  • Implement, test and QA third party tags prior to launch
  • Interface with Programmatic Traders on individual campaign delivery and supporting campaign optimization
  • Modify ad creative, including light HTML
  • Troubleshoot issues with campaigns, creative, and implementations as they arise in a timely manner
  • Multi-task on various campaigns and projects, remaining organized throughout and prioritizing tasks as needed
  • Own the trafficking on a book of business using our proprietary platform

What will I bring?

  • BA/BS in business or similar field
  • 1-3 years of experience with digital ad trafficking, including the scheduling and set-up of online/mobile video campaigns
  • Experience with VAST/VPAID/HTML5 ad formats preferred
  • Knowledge of Programmatic and DSP platforms preferred
  • Knowledge of DFA/DCM, Sizmek, Innovid and various third-party video ad serving platforms preferred
  • Experience with Jira and/or Confluence is a plus
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite as well as a basic knowledge of HTML
  • Flexible to be on call for weekend rotation
  • Comfortable working with tight deadlines and multitasking in a fast-paced work environment
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills and must also be a logical thinker with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively
