The Investment Manager Services Division (IMS) Insight platform represents a significant growth opportunity for both our traditional and alternative investment businesses and we are looking to expand our team to satisfy expanding client needs. Insight is an integral component of the overall IMS platform where it plays a key role in our enterprise data management strategy as a centralized location to manage investor and client demographic data. As a keystone part of our platform, Insight is also a client-facing application with user interfaces, workflows, and integration services that are used daily by internal and external users.

As a Product Manager, you will play a key part in driving the growth of the Insight platform forward by helping to understand complex business challenges in order to create new business solutions.

What you'll do:

As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for successful business outcomes associated to the Insight Platform. You will identify business value and assist in setting strategy, in partnership with the Product Director and other stakeholders.
You will work with the Product Management team and internal and external stakeholders to design and implement Insight Platform roadmap, prioritize the roadmap in line with our business objectives and strategy, and communicate the roadmap across the organization.
You will work with our Design team to design, prototype, test and validate new features and new product development.
You will work with BA and technical teams to guide and participate in product and technical design sessions to support new feature development.
You will write user stories and work with BA team to ensure a consistent and complete approach to communicating work, objectives and requirements to our partners on the technical teams.
You will work with the technical team to validate technical design, perform user acceptance testing, and ensure that the roadmap is being executed.
You will evaluate the impact of product and feature development based on business objectives identified as part of the design process.
You will help the technical team support the product, and take ownership of all issues and resolution.
You will support the sales and technical sales teams, as well as Operations teams and other internal clients with the goal of driving adoption, understanding and engagement internally and externally.
You will evangelize for the product internally and externally, work with Solutions, Marketing and other internal teams to determine marketing strategy, pricing strategy and identify other strategic opportunities.
You will be responsible for working with Solutions, internal stakeholders and clients on a regular basis to understand the market need, do market research, validate the strategy and roadmap.
What you bring to the table:
BA / BS degree
Minimum 8 years of experience in Product role within an Agile framework
Dedication to customer-centric product design and development
Experience with SQL, relational database concepts and APIs required
Experience with user experience/design preferred.
Experience in financial services and exposure to investor or client servicing, account open workflows in an investment or wealth management capacity a plus.
