Weekend Manager

Home Instead Senior Care is searching for a Weekend Manager  to assist in our goal to provide responsive, reliable, consistent, and quality care to our clients in Louisville. The Weekend Manager will be responsible for assessing the needs of current and potential clients, handling client relationships or concerns and addressing those that require immediate attention, as well as, supporting other departments as needed.


This is the perfect role for someone who is looking for weekend hours! Your availability would be Saturday 7am through Monday 7am, working from the office during scheduled business hours (8 am-5 pm) as well as working from home, taking calls, and managing needs overnight. We need a ROCKSTAR who thrives on identifying solutions and taking care of the details.

Duties include, but are not limited to:

  • Responsible for weekend client interactions and concerns
  • Responsible for speaking with prospects inquiring about services, scheduling care consultations, conducting care consultations and working with scheduling to start services.
  • Provide clear communication to clients, client families, schedulers, referral providers, and Professional CAREGivers
  • Maintain accurate records for our clients, including profiles, directions, billing information, contacts, plan of care and other required paperwork.
  • Conduct new client and new Professional CAREGiver intros when scheduled.
  • Trouble shoot incidents and accidents involving our Professional CGs and Clients, addressing the issues, and communicating with app appropriate parties.
  • Document all conversations, meetings, changes to client care plans, etc.
  • Demonstrate discretion, integrity, and fair-mindedness consistent with company standards, practices, policies and procedures.
  • Ability to work as a Professional CAREGiver to cover shifts as needed.
  • All other functions and responsibilities deemed necessary for the successful operation of a Home Instead franchise office.

  • Ability to establish good working relationships with office colleagues, the franchise owner, clients and the community.

Job Requirements:

  • Associate Degree or higher in Nursing, Social Work, Sales & Marketing or related Field
  • Salaried position within a team player environment
  • Available every Friday 7AM&ndash Monday 7AM
  • Professional in appearance and demeanor

Preferred but not required:

  • Bachelor's degree in nursing, Social Work, Sales & Marketing or related field.
  • Prior experience in home care or related health services field
  • Prior experience managing staff.
