Scheduling Coordinator

This person must thrive in a fast-paced environment, be able to motivate and inspire a team, and effectively respond to the changing needs of the seniors we serve. The Staffing Coordinator is responsible for scheduling clients and CAREGivers in order to provide the highest quality service to clients with an emphasis on creating extraordinary relationships. The Coordinator will work with other Staffing professionals on our team to ensure all of our Clients and Caregivers needs are met. They will handle any in-office support needs, and coordinate their efforts with the HR team.

**IMPORTANT: This position is for a full-time Staffing Coordinator. Proposed hours: 8am-5pm Monday through Friday with the occasional need for emergency staffing help on the weekend if our On-Call service requires it. 

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Create and maintain client and CAREGiver schedules with an emphasis on creating high-quality matches and the development of extraordinary relationships.
  • Monitor, mediate and log all client and CAREGiver activity utilizing the software system.
  • Follow up with all client and CAREGiver issues to ensure their problems are resolved.
  • Recognize and capture opportunities to increase service hours to enhance and/or increase quality care.
  • Increase overall satisfaction of the CAREGiver experience which reduces turnover and provides continuity of care to our clients.
  • Service Inquiries with potential clients

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, and requirements:

  • Associates degree (at minimum) in business administration or another related field or equivalent experience in the field
