What Youll Do

Youll be directly responsible for developing client relationships and growing revenues primarily from prospective accounts. Youll meet and exceed your sales goals - and therefore maximize your commission. This position requires in-depth knowledge and continual education in digital media marketing and advertising strategies. It also means you will need excellent problem-solving skills and a creative mind so that you can develop and recommend the best advertising solutions to meet client needs.

This gig has a lot of moving parts, which likely has you stoked, because you love taking on a bold challenge. Here are some of the other key responsibilities youll tackle:

  • Youll dive deep into customer needs and build a relationship as a trusted advisor
  • Youll use your keen business sense to identify and qualify customers and prospects who will be ideal revenue generators.
  • Youll use a sales automation system to manage your daily activities and sales pipeline.
  • Youll demonstrate your high-level understanding of the digital space, educating your customers on anticipated results from successful campaigns.
  • Youll have the option to recommend the best solution for your clients, selecting from any or all of the following products, SEO, SEM, social, mobile, OTT, video/audio, native, creative services, web design, and more!

You communicate clearly, whether on the phone, in writing, or in person. Your track record shows that youre a winner, yet youre always setting that next goal, so you can keep improving your game and your business.

Were counting on you to have earned a High School Diploma or equivalent experience, as well as college level education, preferably in Marketing, Advertising, or some related field.

Here are some other skills and strengths were looking for:

  • Youll need a minimum of 3-years advertising/sales experience
  • Wed prefer experience in one or more of following sales fields: digital product sales, digital services sales, digital and/or traditional media, and direct marketing
  • Digital Media Sales knowledge and experience is going to put your name at the top.
  • Bonus points if you have trusted advisor status with businesses who will be interested to hear about your new role and all it can do to help grow their business.
