Customer Care Specialist

Kelly Services is looking for Customer Care Specialist in Waconia, MN.


PAY: $22/hr

HOURS: 8 hour shift between the operating hours of 7am-6pm M-F – no weekends, there is potential for some Saturdays, half days.

***flexible schedule 2 days in the office, 3 days remote***


  • Communicate with customers via phone/email/chat and build the relationship through high levels of service.  
  • Manage individual customer order activity, analyze account information by producing customer specific reports and determine the best treatment strategy necessary.  
  • Deliver an exceptional end to end order entry experience, focusing on order accuracy and being responsive to escalation concerns that are generated from our customers
  • Act as a product consultant, articulating technical product specifications, features and benefits and making recommendations based on customer needs both internally and externally
  • Advocate for the customers success by anticipating challenges, removing barriers, and working cross-functionally to drive timely and accurate job completion by communicating schedules with designers, installers and end customers
  • Provide technical understanding, support and promote 20/20, Auto Cad, Pro-Kitchens and other design software; Decade Order Entry Tips & Tricks; Customer Ordering Portals
  • Sustain process standards including accuracy and flexibility in an ever-changing environment in order to provide the highest service level


  • 2 year Associates Degree desired; 4 year College degree preferred
  • 3+ years work related experience in account management or customer service environment desired
  • Cabinet or related industry experience preferred

  • Proficient organizational skills enabling end-to-end account management to ensure profitability, as well as on-time complete orders
  • Strong communication skills, including the ability to clearly, concisely communicate; both in writing as well as verbally while listening to interpret customer needs
  • Technical aptitude of product, industry, and related technologies
  • Ability to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously
  • Process improvement minded with a customer focus mindset
  • MSOffice Suite Proficient
