We provide the most current, accurate and reliable closing cost data in the industry, as well as innovative solutions that dramatically improve productivity to mortgage lenders, real estate professionals, providers and others to save time and money on residential real estate transactions. Through our network of over 20,000 real estate service providers, we maintain the most comprehensive database of up-to-date closing costs, including recording fees & transfer taxes, for all residential properties in America.


The ClosingCorp Account Manager is responsible for developing long-term relationships with a portfolio of clients and connecting with its key business executives and stakeholders. Account Managers liaise between their customers and cross-functional internal teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs.


Responsibilities:

  • Be the primary point of contact and build long-term relationships with customers
  • Help customers through email, phone, online presentations, screen-share and in person meetings
  • Develop a trusted advisor relationship with key accounts, customer stakeholders and executive sponsors by understanding their business and needs
  • Understand and clearly articulate a customer's needs and requests to internal stakeholders
  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives
  • Communicate upcoming product or data release details and partner with clients on their releases which may impact delivery of service
  • Document and share progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
  • Forecast, track and interpret key account metrics (RSLs, claims, active/inactive users, usage and more) on a monthly or quarterly basis depending on lender tier
  • Monitor and analyze customer's usage of our product and ensure that clients pay on time
  • Maintain client satisfaction and deliver exceptional client service on a day-to-day basis
  • Proactively identify potential roadblocks or concerns and engage with appropriate personnel to find a solution
  • Understand our flagship product and network; be an advocate of the service to your clients and their clients
  • Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations
  • Work with sales, onboarding, and support teams to onboard and integrate new clients
  • Communicate new solutions as up-sell/cross-sell opportunities and schedule demos/discovery calls for sales partner
  • Liaise between the customer and internal teams (including billing, data management, support, and client operations)
. Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience
  • Proven account management success or other relevant experience
  • Residential lending and SaaS industries experience a plus
  • Strong organizational skills and an ability to effectively prioritize and manage several different tasks at once while paying strict attention to detail and adhering to deadlines
  • Communicates clearly, delivering messages with desired results; listens effectively; builds rapport, and relates well with all levels inside and outside of the company
  • Strong written, verbal and presentation skills; understands importance of frequent and effective communication
  • High level of collaboration and influencing skills – can quickly find common ground and solve problems for the good of all
