Multimedia Marketing Coordinator

SUMMARY

The Multimedia Marketing Coordinator is responsible for the design, coordination and production of a wide variety of materials including digital/web/mobile, audiovisual, videography, photography, printed collateral, and multimedia content in support of promoting Rosendin’s brand and message for internal and external distribution. The ideal candidate would especially be comfortable quickly developing and turning around high-quality content for digital mediums. Looking for someone with 3-5 years of experience. Work is performed under supervision of the Director of Marketing.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Design and manage creative assets for special projects
  2. Work design through production on digital assets
  3. Maintain strong communication with internal departments/clients.
  4. Develop messages with video, photography, and other digital media working with the Digital Communications Specialist, Graphic Designer and Director of Marketing and other departments to support Rosendin’s goals, programs, and events.
  5. Produce digital video and multimedia messages including script-writing, story boarding, field production, video recording, editing, and graphic elements.
  6. Direct liaison between Training and Marketing departments.
  7. Perform other creative duties as assigned or required.
  8. The duties and responsibilities are intended to describe the general nature and scope of work being performed by this position. This is not a complete listing and other duties will be assigned based on the position’s role within the business unit.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university with major coursework or degree in communications, marketing, graphic design, film production, photography or other related field
  • Can be a combination of education, training and relevant experience
  • Graphic Design experience a plus

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES:

  • Multimedia and video production, photo composition, graphic design, and visual storytelling
  • New and emerging trends in communication media and technology
  • Ability to create multimedia narratives and messages using digital video programs and equipment
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining strong attention to detail
  • Ability to brainstorm creative ideas
  • Ability to take direction from others
  • Ability to understand business objectives and goals and prioritize tasks to meet said goals.
  • Ability to thrive as part of a team and provide guidance to developing team members.
  • Expert in Video, Photo and Graphic Design software including Adobe Creative Cloud
  • Journalistic standards for visual and written communication
  • Communicate effectively with others, in writing and face to face interaction
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks, changing priorities as necessary
  • Ability to work under time pressure and adapt to changing requirements with a positive attitude
  • Effective oral and written communication skills as required for the position
  • Ability to be self-motivated, proactive and an effective team player
  • Ability to interact effectively and professionally with all levels of employees, both management and staff alike, vendors, clients, and others

  • 40%

WORKING CONDITIONS:

  • General work environment - sitting for long periods, standing, walking, typing, carrying, pushing, bending. Work is conducted primarily indoors with varying environmental conditions such as fluorescent lighting and air conditioning
  • Noise level is usually low to medium
  • Occasional lifting of up to 30 lbs.
