The Role Account Executive

Account Executive Responsibilities

  • Prospect target companies and generate opportunities with organizations interested in learning more about our company and the business impact we deliver.
  • Proactively and continuously seek new business opportunities in the market
  • Build strong relationships with new and existing customers to grow revenue from assigned accounts
  • Work directly with assigned accounts to assess and refine their recruitment strategy
  • Manage the sales process and ensure customers have a positive experience on any transactions

Account Executive Skills and Experience

  • 2+ years new and existing customer sales or related business experience
  • Must be comfortable selling to new business and existing customers
  • Excellent phone skills; comfortable making a high volume of calls every day
  • Ability to engage, cultivate and close new business
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to work in a start-up, fast-paced, high-growth environment
  • Experience in the recruitment industry is a big plus
