We want you to fulfill a systems engineer role developing Systems Security Engineering (SSE) solutions to protect the US war fighters technology advantage. Systems Security Engineering creates holistic security solutions leveraging Anti-Tamper (AT), Software Assurance, and Supply Chain Risk Management to support Program Protection Implementation on embedded weapons systems.

Responsibilities to Anticipate:
The AN/TPY-2 program is looking for a Sub-Integrated Product Team (IPT) Lead, responsible for performance to technical, cost, schedule and quality requirements of a focused capability area of the Radar Capabilities IPT. This position is for the Cybersecurity Sub-IPT lead, which oversees the cybersecurity of the AN/TPY-2 system, including the network architecture peripherals and operating systems.

Qualifications You Must Have:
Ten (10 +) years of experience in the fields of computer technology reverse engineering, Anti-Tamper, or other systems security engineering fields
Knowledge of Systems and/or Software development life cycle and development processes, methodologies, and tools
Experience in System Security Engineering involving various computer hardware and software operating system and applications solutions in both a stand-alone and in LAN/WAN configurations.
Customer interface and interaction experience
EVMS certification, experience allocating budget and scope, and constructing a meaningful and executable IMS
Demonstrated consistency, accountability and flexibility managing multiple and competing priorities
Experience leading and developing a team of engineers
Collaborating with program and engineering disciplines and ensuring cybersecurity solution alternatives.
The ability to obtain and maintain a US security clearance. U.S. citizenship is required as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.

Qualifications We Value:
Experience with Radar Systems
Experience with system level requirements development, documentation and maintenance and/or requirements development and design of system level software architecture.
Knowledge of and ability to work within the Agile Scrum development practice
Previous military service
Excellent communication, technical writing, oral presentation, and interpersonal skills
Proven ability to interface with customers and lead technical solutions to complex user needs
Strong analytic, technical and problem solving skills
Experience with multi-level security.
Knowledge of DoD Exportability/Releasability Requirements.
Experience working U.S. Government contract proposals as Cyber Security Engineer subject matter expert.
Active DoD Secret Clearance or greater

Required Education:
Bachelors Degree in Science, Technology Engineering or Mathematics to include Electrical Engineering, Systems Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Engineering Mechanics, Computer Science, Engineering Science, or similar. (An advanced degree in a related field may be substituted for additional three (3) years of experience)
