We are seeking a Referral Coordinator. The primary responsibility of this position is timely and accurate processing referrals from start to finish, including assigning referrals, entering referrals, and sending the referral confirmations to the customer. Hours of work will be 10:00am-7:00pm CST.

• Responsible for managing the marketing and referral email in boxes.

• Responsible for the assigning, entering and fulfilling referrals submitted in the ALARISware System.

• Responsible for attending ongoing training/calls as needed.

• Able to decipher geographical locations accurately and make accurate decisions based on such.

• Handling of re-opening cases

• Processing any payor, insurer, jurisdiction, claim number or case type changes on an open case

• This position may have other duties as assigned by the Referral Coordinator Supervisor or the Administrative Services Manager.


. Requirements:

Minimum of High School Diploma or equivalent

• Knowledge of relevant computer applications such as Microsoft products

• Knowledge of basic business and customer service experience preferred.

• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Excellent time management.

• Self-motivated and able to work with little supervision.

• Exceptional computer skills, including Microsoft Office and web-based applications.

• Ability to establish interpersonal relationships in a virtual work environment.

• Ability to collaborate and work as a member of a team.

• Excellent problem-solving ability.

• Clear, concise and professional verbal and written communication.

• The ability to operate a personal computer for extended periods.
