Head Chef/ Lead Chef

A culinary laboratory of Peruvian cuisine in partnership with experienced digital innovators are bringing to the US a set of 3 Peruvian virtual restaurants: Superuvian, Peruvian Wok, and Cevichito. Our 3 brands will run through in a   fully digitalized dark kitchen to help you cook and lead your team free of operative tasks. Be part of the team launching our first kitchen in San Jose.

Our ideal candidate is passionate about Peruvian food and willing to contribute all his knowledge and experience to lead the kitchen.

Training and experience:

  • Graduate from a Culinary Institute (preferred). 

  • Knowledge of Peruvian/Fusion cuisine (preferred).

  • At least 3 years of experience in high-demand kitchens.

  • Experience managing staff.

  • Order handling experience.


  • Manage the supplier orders, recipe costing, and inventory control.

  • Ability to standardize dishes, comply with preparation procedures and instructions.

  • Guide the staff in charge so they can correctly execute the preparation of dishes.

  • Ensure compliance with production work plans to properly start the workday.

  • Ability to update the menu: Innovating preparations, cuts, techniques, providing variety and diversity to the menu on a regular basis.

  • Monitor the cost of production and waste, ensuring that it remains within the permitted levels.
