The Recruiter will partner with the Point B Direct Recruiting Process Managers to support sourcing contingent workforce candidates across multiple markets within a given set of job profiles. The Recruiter will be responsible for providing a high level of quality and communication and must be a proactive business thinker with the ability to be both a strategist and hands-on implementer. As part of the Point B Direct Team, the Recruiter must have exceptional attention to detail, be a team player, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and be able to successfully deal with multiple priorities. This is a contract-to-hire position and can be based anywhere in the United States.
PRIORITIES:  Contingent Worker Candidate Management and Sourcing for Point B Direct  Recruiting Data Management and general recruiting activities   WHAT YOU'LL GET TO DO:  Manage contingent worker candidates throughout the recruiting process  Manage and engage talent pools to maintain relationships with prospects to watch Evaluate and screen potential contingent hires and assist them through the interview and hiring process  Conduct resume screens, phone screens, and informational interviews  Facilitate recruitment from defining skill needs to building the talent pool and manage the interview and offer process  Support candidate record entry, management, and auditing  Establish and maintain relationships with Client hiring managers to stay abreast of current and future hiring and business needs  Source, submit resumes, and follow-up with Clients and candidates for various job profiles Responsible for complete and accurate Lever records for candidates for pipeline reporting  Work with Point B Direct Recruiting Process Managers to track candidate pools and contingent workers through interview pipelines  Manage external job postings and intake candidates into the Point B Direct pipeline  Partner with Point B Direct Recruiting Process Managers to “divide and conquer” staffing roles to be fulfilled with contingent workers   WHAT WE OFFER OUR ASSOCIATES: The opportunity to be part of building a new practice area within Point B The support of a well-established consulting firm and access to a rich network The opportunity to build and be part of a fun and collaborative culture with teams that are as passionate about their communities as they are about their clients 
WHAT WE EXPECT YOU’VE ALREADY DONE:  B.A. or B.S. degree required  3-5 years of relevant work experience required plus a minimum 2 years of experience using LinkedIn Recruiter  Experience using an ATS (Lever preferred)  Previous recruiting and/or consulting experience required  Strong technology skills with working knowledge of MS Office products Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and manage work time efficiently and independently with minimal direction  Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines; excellent organization and time management skills  Ability to work independently and/or as part of a team; ability to motivate self  Ability to work accurately with close attention to detail and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information  Strong written, verbal, visual, and multi-media communication skills  Strong organizational and project coordination skills  Proven ability to work with cross-functional teams to assess needs, request clarification as needed, and provide · creative, resourceful solutions  Ability to communicate with all levels of the organization, including internal, external, and remote staff; exceptional customer service focus  Effective at building networks and cultivating relationships
