Chef / Kitchen Manager


We are a family owned operation started in 1993 dedicated to providing handcrafted beers, food, and wines from the abundant Willamette Valley.  We also operate our own farm supplying all-natural Angus Beef raised on spent brewery grain and our spring fed pastures, and seasonal organic vegetables from our gardens to the restaurant. We are dedicated to providing high quality farm to table cuisine for our guests.  This is a full service, high volume, high quality brewery and restaurant focusing on fresh local ingredients.  

McMinnville is 35 miles South of Portland and the center of the Oregon wine country.  McMinnville was named one of the top ten “Foodiest towns in America” by Bon Appetite.   We are home to some of the finest Oregon wineries in the state.  We are located an hour’s drive from the Oregon Coast and ninety minutes from Mount Hood in the Cascades. 

We are looking for a hands on working chef / kitchen manager with a dedication and talent for providing fresh local cuisine for our guests. Hands on experience and culinary depth are important, and a strong background in building the kitchen team through culinary training and the ability to manage and inspire staff to higher levels of culinary quality.  Candidate needs to be proficient in achieving budget cost controls, and labor goals. Ability to work in Excel spreadsheets and Word required.   Five years minimum experience as chef is necessary as well as a sincere commitment to reaching an exceptional level of culinary quality through product management and team training.  Corporate experience is a plus.    Good compensation package.  email resume to .
