Project Quality Leader

The STS Group is seeking an experienced Project Quality Leader to lead customer and supplier project management activities.

As a leader of customer quality project management, duties will include:

  • Taking full responsibility for assuring the project team delivers, the Project Quality results and ensures Customer objectives are met
  • Reinforcing Customer Quality interface for the project team
  • Having an independent Customer position in the project especially for escalation process of Quality risks
  • Supporting the plant and project organization to secure launch and ramp-up
  • Being the link between plant Quality organization and project team

As a leader of supplier quality project manager, duties will include:

  • Managing the APQP process with suppliers to achieve non-event launches in alignment to OEM and STS specific requirements
  • Coordinating and managing supplier PPAP's to closure
  • Engage with the STS Plant SQE on risks and containment during launch
  • Manage program changes with suppliers 6 months after SOP


Qualifications

  • Bachelors or master's degree in Engineering
  • 3 years' experience in the Automotive industry, in purchasing, quality or program management or operations background
