Our Care Partners have the compassion and the heart-felt desire to care for and meet the needs of our residents. Each Care Partner within our community provides the highest degree of quality resident care through compliance and best practices. Care Partners report to the Director of Nursing (DON).

• Safely provide medication and treatment needs of each resident through proper administration and record-keeping procedures.
• Monitors and observes the health of residents to meet medication and treatment needs, for example taking vital signs, observing and monitoring resident response and reaction to medications
• Accountability for supply and proper use of medications
• Assists residents in activities of daily living as needed and as appropriate
• Responds to call lights promptly
• Provides assistance to charge nurses, the nursing station, medication room and supply room.

- After 90 days of employment, the qualified employee will start to receive the sign on bonus in 8 installments.
- Each installment will be in the amount of $125.00
- The first installment will be issued on the first Payday of the month following 90 days of employment.
- Installments will then continue to be paid out on the first payday of each month (the 7th, if the 7th lands on a Saturday, Sunday or holiday the installment will be paid out the business day prior as stated in the Employee Handbook, under the “Pay Periods & Guidelines” policy on page 12.), over the course of 8 months.
- If the staff member chooses to terminate employment, the Sign on Bonus is voided and will no longer be of privilege to the employee.
- The Sign on Bonus installments are not determined by performance, however if the community terminates employment with such employee, the bonus installments will no longer be rewarded.
