Installer

The Installer directly impacts the success of setting up events and exceed client expectations through quality work. As the Installer, you are responsible for ensuring event rental equipment is carefully installed and broken down safely and correctly. As the Installer, you will work closely with clients on site and ensure a high level of customer service and satisfaction. Safety is priority and you must foster a safe work environment by using the appropriate PPE and follow directions.

Your contributions to the Bright Team:

  • Participating in strikes at event venues
  • Installation of different size event tents
  • Installation of event furnishings in both indoor and outdoor events including but not limited to event furniture, staging, dance floors, kitchen equipment, lighting and draping.
  • Communicate with clients and team members in a professional manner.
  • Preparation for daily scheduled activities both in the warehouse and on-site
  • Loading and unloading trucks at the warehouse and on job sites
  • Ensure items are accounted for during delivery and pick- ups
  • Stacking, cleaning, organizing inventory items on pallet and moving them to different locations when not loading
  • Load/Unload orders


About You:

  • Event set-up experience preferred
  • Extremely task-oriented, accurate, efficient
  • Problem solve and prioritize needs while on job sites
  • Ability to walk, lift and carry heavy items for extended periods
  • Self-motivated, willing to take initiative to complete the task, while being a team player willing to “jump in and roll up his/her sleeves” to help others.
  • Thrives in a fast pace environment while staying on task and having attention to detail.
