Marketing Associate

Position Summary:
The Marketing Assistant is responsible for implementation and execution of all in-center marketing programs. Assists the General Manager and Director of Marketing in developing marketing plans and strategies so that company goals are met or exceeded.

Responsibilities:

  1. Coordinate and execute all marketing campaigns for holidays, special events, leagues and parties.
  2. Track performance of all marketing campaigns and promotions.
  3. Update and prepare content for website, social media sites and blogs.
  4. Assist in the preparation of and execute marketing cycle plans and timelines.
  5. Coordinate and execute Guest rewards, review, referral and testimonial systems.
  6. Coordinate and maintain automated marketing processes with consultant.
  7. Develop and maintain all in-center digital displays, posters, banners.
  8. Design or assist in the design of all event flyers, displays and price listings.
  9. Create marketing information binders and action plans to ensure that center staff know about and understand all marketing programs and promotions.
  10. Coordinate internet, radio, TV and paper advertising with vendors.
  11. Update and maintain databases for all targeted groups.
  12. Update and track coupon usage.
  13. Assist with event booking, planning and coordination.
  14. Conduct marketing and sales outreach as needed.
  15. Attends educational workshops and conferences, regularly reviews professional publications, and maintains personal networks by attending local meetings.
  16. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
