Quality Management is designed to provide a comprehensive program that ensures the health and safety of all supported persons and facilitates improvements based on a plan, measure, assessment, and improvement process.

  • Assists with Support Solutions' Property and Fleet Management Program.
  • Works with the Senior Quality Manager to complete: Quarterly audit processes including actions plans and follow-up, Monthly census grid, Accessibility study, Satisfaction survey reports, Desk review, Office Inspections/Drills
  • Assists with the follow-up of Support Solutions' state and regulatory reviews to ensure compliance with requirements
  • Assists with CARF preparations and training

. Requirements:
  • The incumbent for this position must have a BA or BS degree from an accredited university or 5 years of experience in quality management or a related field.
  • The incumbent must be experienced in the use of Microsoft Office including experience with Excel. Other computer technology skills are also preferable.
  • Incumbent must have excellent speaking, writing, and interpersonal skills.
  • The incumbent will be traveling to other Support Solutions' locations so transportation and time availability to complete these
  • Must have a valid driver's license and maintain a valid driver's license and acceptable driving record throughout employment with Support Solutions.
  • Must meet state and local requirements regarding criminal background check, sexual offender check, abuse registry, drug screening, and felony offender listing.
