Role Overview

Fisker Inc., electric vehicle company is seeking a Non-Technical Recruiting Contractor to acquire new talent for our rapidly growing automotive business. We need a team of highly specialized and talented sales professionals who can keep pace with current growth and create new opportunities for distribution. Our Recruiter must have extensive experience working with outside sales representatives, particularly in the automotive, technology, digital, design and graphic design industries. The successful candidate will have a keen eye when reviewing resumes and conducting interviews. Responsibilities

  • Review and analyze resumes using our in-house ATS systems
  • Scour job search websites for potential recruits and contact those candidates personally
  • Deep knowledge base of LinkedIn Recruiter; developing campaigns and reaching passive candidates
  • Screening and scheduling interviews for hiring managers for key client groups
  • Serve as an employee advocate for new hires as well as established employees
  • Collaborate with HR members to improve hiring process, ATS system and tracking of HR/TA metrics
  • Able to work with outside headhunters and staffing agencies to identify new talent in outside sales

Qualifications

  • 5+ years' recruiting experience
  • EV or Automative recruiting background is a plus
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Demonstrable experience in the auto industry recruiting and sales recruiting
  • Effective negotiating skills
  • Extensive knowledge of applicant tracking software programs
  • Familiarity with online job hunting websites
  • Ability to travel when necessary (less than 25%)
  • Working knowledge of the sales industry
