Performance Analyst

The Performance Analyst is a key contributor to the Business Ops and Performance Team in Operations, working at the intersection between operations, finance, and the business. The Performance Analyst captures and manages corrective actions needed across all areas of our business, including defining and monitoring outcomes of those actions. The Performance Analyst also creates high quality reports and presentations for a variety of audiences using excellent storytelling and visual design skills. This position will exercise a high level of accountability, flexibility, teamwork, good judgment and attention to detail.

WHAT WE EXPECT YOU’VE ALREADY DONE:    B.A. or B.S. required3-5 years of experience1+ years relevant experience with project management offices (PMO)Experience with PM methodologies/toolsStrong visual design and storytelling skillsExperience with the Microsoft 365 Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, etc.)Highly skilled with developing presentations in Microsoft PowerPointStrong fluency with Excel formulas and functionsSolid understanding of finance and business concepts; strong financial and business acumen mindset with an ability to apply good judgement and professional integrity into decision-makingComfort learning and working with technology systems - CRM, reporting, collaboration tools, etc (i.e, Tableau, Salesforce)
