SUMMARY:

We are looking for candidates passionate about providing world-class customer service with excellent interpersonal & communication skills for our Customer Service Rep position. Customer Service Representatives are often our customer's first experience with post-sales support – your voice and the customer's experience is representative of everyone at Seek Thermal.

Customer Service Representatives respond quickly, listen attentively, analyze customer inquiries thoroughly, and are empowered to provide product and service advise quickly so as to ensure issue resolution with first contact with the customer.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Fields, Researches, Responds to customer service/inquiries and customer service requests in a timely, professional manner.

· Processes customer service requests and documents account history

· Enter RMA sales orders in QuickBooks for the return of repaired/replacement units to customers

· Fields, Assesses and Issues RMA as deemed necessary, Maintains and updates the RMA logs. Engages with finance, as required, to facilitate RMAs.

· Check to ensure that appropriate changes were made to resolve customers' problems

· Keep records of customer interactions or transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, or comments, as well as actions taken

· The Customer Service Representative will be answering incoming calls and email, oftentimes serving as the first interaction with our company

· Duties as assigned.

SKILLS KNOWLEDGE AND ABILITIES:

· Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer services. This includes customer needs assessment and resolution.

· Customer service work experience in thermal imagery desired.

· Service Orientation as characterized by actively looking for ways to help people.

· A willingness and desire to be an advocate for the customer.

· Must be resilient, reliable, responsible, and dependable, with a commitment to fulfilling obligations.

· Demonstrated ability to multi-task, often providing triage to various, equally important tasks at once.

· Active listening — Giving full attention to what other people are saying, taking time to understand the points being made, asking questions as appropriate, and not interrupting at inappropriate times.

· Strong verbal and written communication skills to ensure information is effectively conveyed to internal and external customers.

· Team player with the ability to work individually on certain projects.

· Strong computer skills required


. Requirements:

QUALIFICATIONS: (Education and experience)

· BA degree or equivalent experience desired

· 2+ years' experience in a Customer Service role
