Job Details

We are seeking a career minded Lead Line Cook with an appetite for knowledge, a high level of awareness and passion for sustainability and innovation in food. Our team is confident, friendly and professional.  

The Lead Line Cook is responsible for supporting the Chef in planning and preparing for service food in the kitchen. 


  • High school diploma and/or one year of restaurant experience preferred

  • Past experience in food preparation, including the use of kitchen equipment and of cooking procedures and methods

  • Able to multitask and to maintain  a positive attitude

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

  • Works well in a team

  • Attention to cleanliness and health and safety protocols, including knowledge of applicable fire, health, and safety codes, rules, and regulations  (a Food Handlers Certificate required)

Compensation Details: 

Wage: $20hr + 25% of gratuity (averages $4-7/hr)= $24-27/hr

We also provide a shift meal & beverage, employee discounts on beverages and can provide medical benefit assistance after 6 mos.

Schedule: (some flexibility for in times if needed)

Wed-Sat: 3-9 (24hrs)

Sun: 11-8 (9)

Total Hours: 33 hrs/week
