The Opportunity

We are seeking a talented HRIS Analyst to maintain and organize human resources information within the Human Resources Information System (HRIS). Position will assist the Manager, HRIS with initiatives aimed at ensuring quality, consistency, and integrity of HR data and configurations in Workday and across all HR systems and integrations, as well as efficient execution of workflows and related business processes, and reporting.

  • This position is temporarily-remote. That means that this position is currently remote due to COVID. However, once we transition back into the office, the manager would prefer for this person to work in the physical office.

What You Can Look Forward to

  • Supports managing the maintenance of integrations, system configurations, and all user accounts and security protocols.
  • Creates standard and ad hoc queries or reports. This may include statistical and analytical reporting as well as ad hoc and scheduled reports for metrics, compliance, and other HR data needs.
  • Ensures accuracy and integrity of organizational data within the HRIS.
  • Follows established procedures for updating, validating, and correcting employee records or other related HR data.
  • Develops, analyzes, streamlines, and documents new and existing HR business processes. Research and analyze data to recommend HRIS program direction, and design outcomes.
  • Prepares end-user documentation and materials.
  • Responsible for reporting risks that are identified to the appropriate team and/or management. Additionally, responsible for managing, monitoring and reporting risks within the scope of your work area, to include, but not limited to Information Security risks.

What You'll Need to Succeed

  • Three years HRIS experience with two of the three years in a Workday environment.
  • Knowledge of HR Information Systems, integrations, configurations and system maintenance, within a Workday environment.
  • Performs work under minimal supervision.
  • Oral and written communication skills.
  • Organizational and analytical skills.
  • Project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast paced environment.
