Physician Recruiter - Permanent Placement

The Opportunity:

Permanent Placement recruiters work with highly successful medical professionals, developing long term relationships and match their skills with client needs. Working across multiple medical specialty areas, you will play a significant role in helping physicians find a new full-time opportunity.

In this role, you will:

  • Recruit and build relationships with qualified medical providers nationwide.
  • Develop and execute strategic recruitment strategies in order to fill openings across multiple specialties including:
  • Cold calling/Bypassing Gatekeepers
  • Networking
  • Defining job posting options and locations
  • Targeted search and sourcing strategies
  • On-line job boards and recruitment databases
  • Develop search profiles for provider openings to qualify candidates for client opportunities based on criteria outlined by client in search profile.
  • Build and maintain a well-qualified pool of candidates for permanent positions.
  • Join professional networking organizations, attend industry trade shows, and establish passive channel sources to develop candidate pipeline.
  • Accountable to achieve key metrics/KPIs that support revenue goals of the business unit.
  • Qualify, present and recommend candidates to meet the needs of our clients by evaluating candidate fit for a particular location based on requirements by client, candidate personality, work experience, references, and other applicable information.
  • Coach candidates through various situations during all stages of the recruitment and placement process.

Here's what we look for:

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience working as a permanent placement recruiter or as a corporate recruiter.
  • Experience recruiting for multiple types of positions and being able to adjust recruiting strategies quickly
  • Persuasive presenter with demonstrated talent in establishing relationships over the phone and in person
  • Comfortable contacting people via phone and email and making introductions
  • Desire to increase earnings based on performance
