Sr. Marketing Analyst

Job Description:
  • Client is seeking a Marketing Associate to support the Medical Solutions Division marketing integration efforts.
Job Summary:
  • As the largest integration in Client’s history, successfully integrating KCI’s legacy portfolios and consistently implementing our brand hierarchy is a core driver of the company’s success.
  • Reporting to the Global Marketing Integration Leader, the Global Integration Marketing Associate will contribute to the success of critical priorities by assisting portfolio rebranding efforts to deliver consistent branding across marketing assets to minimize customer confusion.
  • This individual will proactively collaborate with MSD Global Portfolio, Segment, HCBG Global Marketing Center teams, providing support that enables business alignment and execution of key portfolio rebranding initiatives.
  • The person in this role will support Global Portfolio teams in implementing rebranding initiatives, Additionally, this individual will identify opportunities for increased collaboration and support to strengthen processes.
  • The ideal candidate is a proven expert in marketing and portfolio management, who stays on top of industry and consumer trends, competitive positioning, and best practice portfolio management strategies.
Primary Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

Rebranding Assets & Maintenance:
  • Integrated Marketing
  • Help compile and finalize global data hierarchy for rebranding efforts
  • Work on rebranding updates to digital assets and assist in new asset needs
  • Collaborate with Celum team to link images/brochures to rebranded product pages
Rebranding & Trademarks
  • Manage consistency and alignment of portfolio information in global files
  • Update files for new product development work
  • Shepherd assets through content approval
  • Assist Areas with rebranding initiatives
Marketing Initiatives:
  • Help manage and update claims sheets
  • Assist with marketing plans. Assemble data analytics for market trends, business performance, customer requirements, competitive benchmarking.
  • Gather, assemble, and monitor secondary industry/market information on various metrics such as sales, pricing, new product introductions, market coverage, trial and loyalty, and competition performance.
  • Create standard reports and summaries.

Basic Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field (completed and verified prior to start) from an accredited institution
  • Five (5) – eight (8) years of marketing experience in a private, public, government or military environment
  • Preferred Qualifications:
  • Health care industry experience
  • Master’s degree in an appropriate discipline
  • Ability to effectively coordinate inputs from multiple stakeholders
  • Ability to prioritize and respond to business demands
  • Adept at problem solving and energized by fast-paced, complex work environment
  • Previous experience with integration projects and/or highly-regulated industries
  • Exercises and enjoys attention to detail
