Home Health Aide


The Home Health Aide (HHA) will perform in-home aide tasks as assigned and in accordance with the Client's Plan of Care. You will provide a combination of in-home services that enables the Client to live independently and successfully at home while maximizing the Client's comfort and wellbeing. The HHA's responsibilities may include any or all of the following:


  • Provide in-home assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs) including, but not limited to, eating, bathing, dressing, transferring, and maintaining continence
  • Meal preparation and light housekeeping duties
  • Provide companionship and maintain healthy relationships with clients and familiesTransportation, case by case requirement.
  • Providing support with hobbies, studies, and social activities Actively participate in documenting and reporting changes in health or status of client

Requirements: High School Diploma (or equivalent)

  • Driver's License

. Requirements:

HHA to provide basic care to woman who sustained multiple fractures in a MVA. She needs SBA for safety, meal preparation, light housekeeping, assistance with personal care. She needs assistance 4p to 8p 7 days a week.
