This position will be responsible for preparing source data for leads and projects by compiling and sorting information from multiple sources and resources and combining data from multiple systems as well as performing other aspects of data entry, management, and integrity.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following and other duties as assigned:

  • Pull lists from Discovery Data + Integrity Connect (IMAS)
  • Map lists into QuickBase and assign to marketers for call campaigns
  • Run reports in QuickBase & AgencyBloc, Discovery Data, and Integrity Connect
  • Apply specific algorithms and requirements for pulling lists from Discovery Data
  • Adhere to the rules of the road for hierarchy/contracts/DNC & DNE restrictions when working with agent lists from Integrity Connect for scrubbing & imports
  • Adhere to the rules of the road for lead assignments – marketers/regions/hierarchy
  • Adhere to the rules of the road for lead assignments for Medicare Pathways
  • Adhere to the rules of the road for PTC for leads and projects
  • Assign leads in real-time for both Agent Pipeline & Medicare Pathways, to the appropriate individual, maintaining operations of this by following policies and procedures and reporting needed changes
  • Maintain database by entering new and updated lead and project information regarding leads and project campaigns; ensure integrity of both lead and project data • Purge files to eliminate duplication of data
  • Import and export lead and project information, map data appropriately in respective database
  • Identify priorities and manage time appropriately
  • There are no supervisory responsibilities with this role.

Education and/or Experience: High School diploma. Exceptional experience with Excel including understanding formula functions, pivot tables, and other advanced Excel functions such as INDEX/MATCH). Basic knowledge of technology with CRMs and data sources such as SalesForce, APIs, SQL databases, etc. 1+ years of experience in a relevant field such as data entry.
