Owner and Executive Chef Kevin Fink, James Beard Finalist for Best Chef Texas, is looking for cooks to join the Hestia team. Named after the Greek goddess of the hearth. Dishes come off of a 20-foot live fire hearth that is visible from the dining room.  This modern grill house has the intimacy of an upscale dinner club mixed with the chef interactions of a tasting menu.

We are looking for dedicated cooks with positive energy, whom can work well with in a team and stand out as a leader. We will push you to be the best cook you can become, not just in cooking but in how to become a more valuable industry leader.
