Account Development Representative

Panalgo is looking for a high-energy, driven Account Development Representative (ADR) who will be responsible for identifying and qualifying new opportunities for our sales organization. The ADR will play a crucial role in our sales cycle as the first point of contact for prospects. This is an opportunity to take your sales skills to the next level by selling a leading SaaS-based, self-serve healthcare analytics platform.


  • Demonstrate thorough knowledge of Panalgos products and value proposition
  • Set qualified introductory meetings for the Business Development team
  • Work with the Business Development team to implement sales & build pipeline strategies
  • Identify high-potential prospective clients that would be a good fit for Panalgos products and services
  • Access C-Level, Director level contacts within target prospects
  • Interact with prospective clients via telephone and email
  • Nurture early phase opportunities for future pipeline potential
  • Exceed monthly and quarterly opportunity quota
  • Work with our marketing team to generate and qualify leads
  • Update lead and prospect activity in Salesforce to ensure effective lead management
  • Provide accurate forecasts to the Business Development team and Panalgo executive management


  • Bachelors Degree required
  • 1-2+ years of strong sales experience. Preferably a SaaS organization in the life sciences or healthcare sector, with demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding goals
  • 1-2+ years of Salesforce experience
  • Self-starter with a track record of successful, credible lead follow-up and sales development at multiple executive levels within an organization
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
  • Proven success in closely listening to prospect challenges and goals to collaborate internally on solutions that will deliver the highest value
  • High energy, strong drive for success, enthusiastic and passionate about cutting-edge technology
  • Self-discipline, focus, and strong time management skills
