We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Manager to fill an opening immediately in Wellsboro, PA. The qualified Talent Acquisition Manager is a brand ambassador responsible for aggressively sourcing and recruiting top-performing candidates for C&N. The Talent Acquisition Manager will work closely with the Chief Human Resource Officer on developing and maintaining the C&N employment brand to attract quality candidates who fit the C&N culture utilizing a variety of resources, job posting outlets, social media, centers of influence and working within our current workforce to attract talent. This job requires a high-energy individual that is driven to fuel our growing business with talented individuals across all departments.


1. Serve as a brand ambassador to attract a high-performance workforce through outreach and relationship building while embodying C&N culture.

2. Manage pipeline workflow within policies, laws and regulations to maximize successful hiring of qualified candidates and minimize time and efforts of staff.

3. Assist in Candidate selection and screening.

4. Track success for continuous improvement.

5. Training and Education.

6. Customer Service - exemplifies C&N’s Customer Service Standards.



Education: Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university or equivalent in a directly related field.

Experience: 2 - 4 years of experience preferably in Human Resources, ideally in the recruiting domain or other related experience and/or training
