Bell Media’s Content Creation team is looking for a digital superstar who lives and breathes all things entertainment. Our team operates in a fast-paced, exciting, collaborative environment with globally recognized brands. We create content that’s culturally relevant while standing out in the vast landscape or celebrity news, entertainment and lifestyle. 


As a Web Producer, you are a pop culture know-it-all who is always on the pulse of what’s up and coming. A content creator at heart, you are a self-motivated team leader who can oversee project lifecycles from kick-off through delivery, on time and on budget. As the centre point of contact for the execution of every project, you are a great communicator, motivator and project manager.

Supporting a team of content creators and editors, you will lead the production of dynamic, captivating content across social platforms for brands such as CTV, Crave, Etalk and The Marilyn Denis Show. The chosen candidate will be highly organized and will be able to manage many productions at once, each having many moving parts, stakeholder approvals and conflicting priorities. We are looking for someone who can merge current societal trends into productions and storytelling, and has proven experience creating new and exciting ways to produce and distribute engaging content.  


Responsibilities include:

  • Lead and manage the full project lifecycle ensuring your team is able to deliver efficiently 
  • Pitch and create new and exciting content series, videos and social campaigns
  • Drive digital projects from initial concept to delivery across multiple platforms
  • Apply creative and strategic thinking to projects in collaboration with your team
  • Develop, document and manage project parameters including scope, schedule and budget
  • Operate as the point of contact for any and all matters specific to your projects
  • Understand the company’s business from a strategic level and align to specific tactical approaches
  • Keep projects on track through clear task lists, and effectively communicate project issues and resolutions to the Executive Producer
  • Deliver projects on time and within budget
  • Work collaboratively with other producers and support the Executive Producer in various administrative tasks 
  • Support the digital content team by attending and creating content at multiple events throughout the year
  • Other duties as assigned by the Executive Producer



  • 5+ years production experience
  • 2+years management experience
  • Deep knowledge of digital
  • Excellent project management skills
  • Proven experience leading teams
  • Outstanding relationship-building and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience managing multiple people and projects, in person and remotely
  • Must have the ability to lead, manage and motivate your team 
  • Motivated by a fast moving, collaborative work environment
  • Strong understanding of how to manage and control project scope, schedule, budget and resource management
  • Extremely social media savvy
  • Graphic design skills considered an asset
  • YouTube certified preferred 
  • Social media marketing experience preferred 
  • Experience in video editing software (Final Cut Pro, Premiere) considered an asset
  • Familiarity with technical specifications and formats for online video considered an asset
  • Experience with web content management systems preferred
  • Proven ability to generate innovative ideas that lead vs. follow

Bilingualism is an asset (English and French); adequate knowledge of French is required for positions in Quebec.
