Job Description

As an Account-Based Marketing (ABM) Manager, you will be responsible for the execution of account research, ABM program design and execution, and reporting


Key Responsibilities: The Field Marketing Team creates and maintains connections with customers to inform and influence buying decisions.  
•    Plans, executes, and measures demand generation marketing programs to grow sales pipeline and revenue for Field Sales organization.
•    Develop in-depth understanding of select accounts and account contacts.
•    Role is aligned to the Americas region 
•    Prioritize and group accounts according to opportunity, buyer need, persona, solution and buying cycle.
•    Oversee offer creation and determine the optimal tactic mix for named accounts.
•    Work cross-functionally with sales, portfolio marketing and solutions teams to define and establish campaign workflows.
•    Participate in forecast review meetings to implement tactical marketing programs in conjunction with Sales, Channels, Product Marketing, and Product Management.
•    Execute marketing programs on behalf of sales and show field account managers how to execute program elements on their own.
•    Partner with content teams to provide campaign customization according to the analysis of buyer need
•    Conduct A/B testing of messaging to improve response and conversion rates
•    Produce regular reports on campaign performance and provide recommendations for optimization.
•    This role will work cross-functionally with the Corporate Marketing team and Sales Organization to develop strategically crafted end-to-end integrated ABM plans.

 

What you’ll own:
•    Execution of ABM programs, including account selection, account research and planning, leverage ABM and digital marketing technologies, as well as measurement and reporting
•    Define Pipeline and revenue growth against target 
•    Drive personalization and scale focused on segments and personas
•    Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including sales, corporate marketing, product marketing, and solution/business unit teams
•    Try new and creative tactics, develop 1:1, and 1: few programs designed to penetrate targeted accounts
•    Provide data and insights on strategic accounts, as well as contacts within these accounts
•    Educate sales on the role of marketing within strategic accounts
•    Ensure that each activity is tracked and measured. Report on performance with a focus on account coverage, reach, pipeline and ROI
•    Utilize data and dashboards to inform future programs and investments
•    Partner with Sales/account managers regarding marketing within strategic accounts

Job Qualifications

Experience you’ll need:
•    Bachelor's degree in Marketing, and/or Business, or comparable education/experience
•    10+ years of experience overall technical marketing 
•    5+ years of experience managing a remote, geographically dispersed team 
•    5+ years of experience in a SaaS-based B2B demand generation or ABM role or combination
•    Proven track record designing and executing innovative account-based marketing programs including customized message development
•    Experience in IT/Telecom markets is preferred 
•    Proven experience defining, collecting and analyzing data insights
•    Experience with Eloqua, DOMO and Salesforce.com a plus
•    Ability to communicate and collaborate well with others
•    Data-driven & extremely organized
•    Flexibility to work in a rapidly changing environment

•    Proficiency with data and analytics
•    Technical aptitude and/or ability to turn high tech, complex information into understandable and actionable insights

This role can be performed anywhere in the United States or Canada, including remote locations.
