The Position:

The ideal candidate will manage and direct a team charged with ensuring we are communicating with our clients and processing their job requests in a timely and efficient manner. This team receives orders from our clients, inputs the orders into our systems, coordinates the process with all departments to ensure the jobs are returned to the client within the deadlines established the organization. The candidate will also be responsible to capitalize on new or improved concepts, ideas, basic data on, and applications for the organization's services. This individual must possess the skills necessary to interact with fellow department managers, ensuring a cohesive team atmosphere as well as be able to recognize and react to growth needs while maintaining a high level of department productivity.

· Manage a staff of 10 – 15 team members.

· Ability to represent the company effectively in a professional manor.

· Develop and implement procedures, techniques, and technology to drive productivity and efficiency within the department.

· Communicate daily operations and relevant project updates to management.

· Perform personnel functions, such as recruit, hire, train staff, evaluate employee performance, and recommend or initiate promotions, transfers, and disciplinary action.

· Proficient working knowledge of computers and Windows applications (Word, Excel, Access and Outlook).

· Other duties as assigned.

· This position will report to the Operations Manager.

. Requirements:

Are you a fit?

· Minimum of 3 years management experience.

· Prefer experience in all forms of surveying documents used for new home construction.

· Demonstrated ability to apply the principles of effective management.

· Ability to represent the company effectively in a professional manor.

·Must have Builder-Industry experience

· Proficient working knowledge of computers and Windows applications

· Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Access and Outlook)

· Excellent communication and organizational skills

· Fast Paced, High Volume working environment.

· High degree of attention to detail required.

· Analytical mind

· Understanding of new home construction
