The Position:

The ideal candidate will review, classify, and record data in preparation for computer analysis and department usage. This individual will perform data entry into database and other clerical work functions as required for task completion. It's important to collaborate with other researchers in the work division, implementation, and completion of survey research.

• Research and review plats, easement, deed restrictions, & developer guideline documents

• Analyze flood information for new plats

• Create community guidelines based on the requirements from the information gathered

. Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent

• Ability to read & understand subdivision plats, easement documents, deed restrictions, & developer guidelines

• General knowledge of residential surveying practices is preferred

• Ability to represent the company effectively in a professional manor

• Proficient working knowledge of computers and Windows applications

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Access and Outlook)

• Excellent communication and organizational skills

• Team oriented, self-motivated, and strong organizational skills
