Sales Communication Agent

As a Sales Communication Agents, you will provide front line support services to the Kellogg field sales employees and the Kellogg sales customers with the goal of a one call resolution. You will be a subject matter expert in two or more of the Sales Solutions programs which consists of technology, onboarding and communications. Kellogg Sales Solutions is the communication link between Corporate Headquarters and Field Sales.

 

HERE'S A TASTE OF WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

  • Receive, research and resolve customer and sales representative inquiries, both over the phone and email.  The Agent is expected to handle calls and requests with a unique skill to defuse negative customer situations and sales inquiries.  Agents act as the liaison for the field personnel by being the single point of contact for the field eliminating multiple calls to various HQ departments.
  • Responsible for achieving monthly KPI objectives for calls taken, one call resolution, average time on calls, sample orders entered and onboarding time/satisfaction deliverables.
  • Responsible for being the escalation point for the Kellogg Sales Solutions team for all mobile technology related inquiries.
  • Accountable for leading and owning the mobile technology (field tablets) portion of the onboarding process ensuring the field sales employees receive their equipment on time and is setup for day one readiness. 
  • Incumbent is also assigned project work in which they have accountability to the sales organization.  These projects include but are not limited to: Sales Technology deployment, rollout and support, Communication Programs, Fleet Programs. 
     

YOUR RECIPE FOR SUCCESS

Required:
 

  • Two - four years of related work experience in a call center or customer service area.
  • Must have good administration, organizational, communication and technical skills.
  • Understanding of various software applications and databases (Office 365 applications and SAP).
  • Must be able to work within a team/call center environment

Bonus Points:

  • An Associates degree in business is preferred.
  • Broad knowledge of the Kellogg Sales Company and its products and promotions.
