About the Role:This position is located in Franklin Park (Chicago), one of the major Ferrero plant acquired in North America with 700+ employees producing iconic products: Butterfinger, Baby Ruth and Nips. The Food safety & Quality systems Supervisor is a key functional and management position in the Ferrero Quality Organization, in charge of developing and managing the Quality system (Model ISO9001) and the Food safety system (GFSI/FSSC22000) for the plant.
As a member of the Quality Leadership Team of the plant, this position reports directly to the Head of Quality. She/He is actively involved in cross functional work with Production, R&D/Technology, Engineering, Maintenance, HR, Finance. The FS & QS Supervisor leads the implementation of the Ferrero Food Safety and Quality Standards. Manage and coordinate internal and external audits. Leads root cause analysis related to Non-Conformances on the FS and Quality systems and is responsible for employees’ Quality training and development, related to FS and Q systems.This is a key role in the transformation of the plant, and a great opportunity for a talented individual.
