The Head of Program Management is responsible for establishing and sustaining Lincoln Laboratory’s scalable approach to program management, developing program managers Laboratory-wide, and directly supporting execution of complex prototyping efforts through a balance of technical and management capabilities.
The Program Management Office provides project execution resources and support, develops and administers program leadership training for technical staff, advises program managers on principles and techniques, collects and analyzes program metrics, and interfaces with sponsor representatives. The office also provides expertise in estimation, prototyping, schedule, budget, major subcontracts, and reporting.
The Head of Program Management reports to the Laboratory Director’s Office, conducts program execution reviews for complex efforts, coordinates with the Safety and Mission Assurance Office, and develops and maintains program management tools and processes.
