The Implementation Specialist is responsible for the implementation, planning, development and maintenance related to partner or client implementations. This position will play an active role in complex projects such as Cloud-based order and data integrations, client onboarding, facilitating initial activities with customer service for support and logistics for device ordering, acting as a business/technical collaborator, subject matter resource, and task/assignment resource.

. Requirements:

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Create scope statements and plans, defining size and planning parameters of projects or multiple groups/ tasks
  • Daily customer end-user support for in-flight implementations
  • Interface integration support for in-flight implantation and support for customers after GL via standard support, when escalated via SFDC ticketing system
  • Perform project management work to include: Customer process evaluation for current and proposed information flow, detailed system specifications, deployment, testing, and validation
  • Provide after-hours support as required
  • Provide technical sales support for BioIntelliSense sales opportunities as needed.


Minimum Experience and Qualifications:

  • Communicates well and builds strong relationships with customers
  • Demonstrated technical writing skills and the ability to effectively communicate with customer, managers, and executives on technical and business issues
  • Demonstrated strong organization, time management and project management skills
  • Ability to work with customers in both pre-sales and post-sales environments
  • Solicit market feedback to drive feature requests for the product roadmap
  • Proficient in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint skills and ability to independently produce documents or aptitude to develop this level of skill within a defined period.
  • Proficient in collaboration tools including Confluence, Jira, Slack, Teams and SharePoint.
  • Ability to provide Interface support and maintenance
  • Ability to manage and complete project requirements
  • Knowledge of APIs, JSON, HL7
  • Knowledge and technical understanding of interfaces, sequence diagrams and database concepts
  • Ability to provide application design and layout for future development
  • Understanding of HIPAA requirements
  • Experience with desktop automation tools and/or scripting languages.


Preferred skills and Education:

  • Background in Healthcare Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field is required
  • Hands-on experience with scripting and API tools such as Postman.
  • Minimum of 3 years of IT data services experience, software implementation and support.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, or Computer Science from an accredited college or university
