Process high volume of daily and weekly settlements for owner-operators, agents and brokerage carriers
Setup, audit, and review recurring deductions and unit accounting history
Provide customer service in a call center environment, answering questions on completed settlements and first level inquiries concerning received paperwork and status of settlements in process.
Assist in preparation of month-end reports
Assist the settlements manager with any special projects
Other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:
High School graduate or equivalent, College Degree preferred
Previous experience in a customer service setting
Good problem solving skills and ability to deliver excellent customer service in a demanding and fast paced environment
Strong attention to detail and accuracy with excellent task organization skills and ability to multitask
Above average numeracy/mental math skills
Data entry skills 8000+kph or 40 wpm minimum
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is strongly preferred
Direct experience in transportation/logistics is strongly preferred
